Cross Roads - Children's Groups in Conwy

Our Children's Groups are currently running in Conwy. They include:

• After-school clubs
• School holiday clubs
• Sibling Groups
• Swimming Club
• Trips out

Cross Road care services are registered with CIW to provide services to children. 

• 1-1 support services
• Group sessions including after-school/holiday groups
• Specialised tasks, ie peg feeding and personal care
• Practical and emotional support
