Diversity Day: "This Is Me"

Today, we proudly celebrated Diversity Day, a day dedicated to recognising and embracing the diverse ways our minds work. This year's theme, "This Is Me," encouraged self-expression and creativity, highlighting the unique perspectives of our individuals.
Heddiw, buom yn dathlu Diwrnod Amrywiaeth gyda balchder, diwrnod sy’n ymroddedig i gydnabod a chroesawu’r ffyrdd amrywiol y mae ein meddwl yn gweithio. Roedd thema eleni, "This Is Me," yn annog hunanfynegiant a chreadigrwydd, gan dynnu sylw at safbwyntiau unigryw unigolion niwroddargyfeiriol.
A key highlight of the day was our Art Competition, where participants showcased their talents through powerful and inspiring artwork. We were thrilled to have six outstanding winners whose pieces truly embodied the spirit of self-identity and neurodiversity. Their art reflected individuality, resilience, and the beauty of thinking differently.
Uchafbwynt allweddol y diwrnod oedd ein Cystadleuaeth Gelf, lle bu cyfranogwyr yn arddangos eu doniau trwy waith celf pwerus ac ysbrydoledig. Roeddem wrth ein bodd i gael chwe enillydd rhagorol yr oedd eu darnau yn wirioneddol ymgorffori ysbryd hunan- hunaniaeth a niwroamrywiaeth. Roedd eu celf yn adlewyrchu unigoliaeth, gwydnwch, a harddwch meddwl yn wahanol.
Alongside the celebrations, we hosted a coffee and cake sale, which was warmly attended by staff, pupils, and parents. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we successfully raised £255 in support of the PSFA and Matthew’s Walk for Autism. Every contribution helps make a difference!
